At The Fitin, we strive to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need a size exchange or have any issue with your order, please review our guidelines below.
Return Policy
At THE FITIN, we take great pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Every item is carefully checked before shipping to maintain the best standards.
We generally do not accept product returns due to production, packaging, and shipping costs. However, we understand certain genuine size issues may occur.
Return Allowed for Specific Sizes (S & 3XL Only)
If a customer orders S size or 3XL size T-shirts and the size does not fit, we will accept the return and issue a refund after verification.
This exception is made because these sizes may vary in fitting for certain customers.
(Note: This does not apply to all other sizes, combo packs, or custom-size orders.)
Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will exchange it for the same product at no additional cost.
Underwear Size Exchange Policy (Special Fit Guarantee)
We understand that innerwear sizing varies from person to person.
For our 6-piece underwear combo, you may wear 1 piece to check the fit.

If the size doesn’t fit, you can return the remaining 5 brand-new, unused pieces for a size exchange.

The worn piece does NOT need to be returned.

How to Initiate a Size Exchange (T-shirts & Other Products)

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

Custom Orders: Custom-sized or customized T-shirts are not eligible for exchange.

Colour Exchange: Not available for customer self-placed orders.

Time Frame: Exchange/return requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.

Contact: Call or WhatsApp our customer care team to explain the issue.

Shipping: After approval, send the product to The Fitin via self-courier.

Verification: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it according to our policy.

Refund/Exchange: If approved, we will process the exchange or refund within 7 days.
