sustainable garments at affordable prices. Our mission is simple — quality
is for everyone.

Yes. We use fresh, surplus fabrics that are left unused by
international brands. We design and produce new garments from these fabrics —
not factory rejects or second-hand products.

Because we directly source export fabrics and manufacture ourselves, cutting out middlemen. You get international quality at middle-class-friendly prices.

You can place an order directly through our website (www.thefitin.in). Just choose your product, select size, and checkout.

We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.

Yes, COD is available across most pin codes in India. However, in rare cases, some
remote locations may not be eligible.

Yes, all orders include free shipping for prepaid across India.

Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities often receive deliveries faster.

We ship through trusted partners like Delhivery and Shiprocket for safe and timely delivery.

As a brand that works on very thin margins, we are unable to accept returns. But we always want our customers to be satisfied — which is why
we happily offer exchanges in case of size or defect issues.

Please contact our customer care team within 2 days of delivery through WhatsApp or call. We’ll guide you through the exchange process.

For size issues, customers bear one side courier charge. For defects or wrong items
sent, we cover the full exchange shipping cost.

We follow true international size standards. Each product page has a size chart with measurements. We recommend checking it before ordering.

Our polos are designed in export-standard slim fit for a smart look, while round-necks are available in regular comfort fit.

No. Since we use surplus export fabrics, our products go through strict quality
control to ensure long-lasting color and texture.

Our customer care team will track and resolve it for you. In case of RTO (Return to
Origin), we will re-dispatch once you confirm the address.
